Deep Tissue Massage
Firm, focused 60-minute work on up to two areas of chronic tension — for the knots that a regular massage doesn't reach.
What it helps with

Good to know
How is deep tissue different from remedial massage?
Deep tissue uses firmer, slower pressure concentrated on up to two specific areas of chronic tension, rather than covering the whole body. If you want overall coverage, our Remedial Massage is the better fit.
Does it hurt?
It is intense but should never be painful. Your therapist works with your feedback the whole way — the right pressure is strong yet comfortable.
How much does it cost?
A 60-minute session focusing on up to 2 areas is $165. Buy 4 or more sessions together and you receive 10% off.
Will I be sore afterwards?
Some mild muscle soreness for a day or so is common after deeper work — similar to after a good workout. Water and gentle movement help.
Are there any health conditions I should mention?
Yes — recent injuries, surgery, pregnancy, blood-thinning medication or any medical treatment. Tell us when booking so your session can be adapted safely.
