Filler Correction Treatment

"If you're not happy with a previous filler treatment, or you've been left with lumps or unevenness that haven't resolved, a correction treatment may be able to help — assessed at consultation." — Nanda Penido

Filler correction consultation & treatment

How does it work?

A correction treatment is used to gently reduce previous filler — for example, to help correct overfilling or unevenness. Because it involves a prescription-only medicine, an individual consultation is required so your practitioner can assess whether it is suitable for you.

Downtime: 1–2 days

Treatment time is confirmed once a consultation has been performed and the treatment deemed suitable.

  • Filler migration

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a filler-correction treatment?

It is a corrective option that may be considered when a previous filler treatment needs adjusting. Whether it is appropriate — and how it is staged — is determined at an individual consultation with an appropriate practitioner.

Can you correct treatment done at another clinic?

In many cases, yes. Bring as much detail as you can about your previous treatment to your consultation so your practitioner can assess your situation safely.

How much does it cost?

Australian advertising rules do not allow prices for prescription-only treatments to be published. Pricing is provided at your consultation once your practitioner has assessed what is suitable for you.

What are the risks?

As with any procedure there are potential risks and side effects, and results vary between individuals. Your practitioner will discuss these openly at your consultation so you can make an informed decision.
