Welcome to Deluxe You. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products and services from Deluxe You Aesthetic (“Deluxe You”, “we”, “us”), operating in Brisbane and the Gold Coast, Australia. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About our services

Deluxe You is a registered nurse–led medical aesthetic clinic. Information on this website, including treatment descriptions and product information, is general in nature and does not constitute medical advice. All treatments require an individual consultation and suitability assessment before they can be provided. Prescription-only treatments are provided only after assessment by an appropriate practitioner. Results vary between individuals.

2. Appointments and bookings

Appointments are made through our online booking system. Deposits, cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the booking terms presented at the time of booking. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

3. Products and orders

Products sold through our online shop are for personal use only and are not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed. Payment is processed securely at checkout; we do not store your card details.

5. Skincare products — use and suitability

Skincare products are selected by our practitioners, but individual suitability varies. Always read the label and follow the directions for use. If you are unsure whether a product suits your skin, contact us for advice before purchasing, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

6. Gift cards

Gift cards are redeemable only for skincare and retail products purchased through our online store. They cannot be redeemed or exchanged for in-clinic treatments, consultations, services, or cash, except as required by the Australian Consumer Law. Gift cards are delivered by email, never expire, and any remaining balance stays on the card for future purchases.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics and logos — is owned by or licensed to Deluxe You and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your use of this website or purchase of products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
