Aftercare & support
Use on clean skin with a water-based serum or conductive gel — the device works best gliding over product, never dry skin. Start on a low intensity and build up as your skin adjusts. The 5-minute smart timer ends each session automatically; most clients use it 3–5 times per week. Wipe the head clean after each use and store in the pouch provided. Do not use over active breakouts, broken skin, or if you are pregnant or have an implanted electronic device — ask us if unsure.
