Cosmetic & Aesthetic Clinic in Brisbane

Registered nurse-led cosmetic aesthetic — personalised, consultation-first care in Brisbane.

Welcome to Deluxe You Brisbane

Deluxe You is a boutique cosmetic and aesthetic clinic in Fortitude Valley, led by registered nurse Nanda Penido and serving Brisbane clients who want individualised, unhurried care. Rather than a one-size-fits-all menu, every plan starts with a proper assessment of your skin, your concerns and your goals.

Brisbane's subtropical climate is demanding on skin — sun exposure and air-conditioning both take their toll. Our concern-based approach pairs in-clinic treatments with a simple, protective home routine suited to Queensland conditions.

What Makes Us Different

A nurse-led clinic, not a beauty salon

There is no single standard behind the words "cosmetic clinic" in Brisbane — the term covers everything from a salon offering facials to a medical practice. Deluxe You sits at the clinical end. Treatments are performed by a Registered Nurse who is registered with AHPRA, working within her scope and in collaboration with qualified prescribers where a treatment requires it.

In practice that means an assessment before a treatment rather than a price list first, a health history that is actually taken and read, and a practitioner who will tell you when the answer is no. We would rather lose a booking than perform something unlikely to give you the result you came in for.

Your First Visit

What happens when you come in

Your first appointment is a consultation, not a treatment. We talk through what is bothering you, look at your skin properly, and go through your medical history, medications and any previous treatments. If it is useful we will do an OBSERV skin analysis, which images layers of the skin that are not visible in a mirror.

From there we set out the realistic options — including doing nothing, or starting with skincare rather than a device. You will be told what each option involves, what the recovery looks like, what it costs and what it cannot do. In-clinic consultations are $70, and there is no obligation to book a treatment on the day.

If we proceed, most plans run as a short course rather than a single visit, because most skin concerns respond to repetition rather than intensity. Individual results vary, and we will say so plainly rather than promise an outcome.

What We Treat

Concerns we see most in Brisbane

Sun damage and pigmentation are the most common reasons people come to see us — a predictable consequence of a subtropical climate and an outdoor culture. Alongside those we see congestion and adult acne, uneven texture and scarring, early laxity around the jawline and neck, and skin that simply looks tired and dehydrated from air-conditioning.

The clinic runs skin needling, LED phototherapy, IPL and laser, radiofrequency and HIFU skin tightening, peels and facials, PRP, and a range of injectable-based treatments assessed individually. We also run remedial, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, cupping and post-surgical massage from the same rooms.

Areas we see clients from

The clinic is in Fortitude Valley, within easy reach of Newstead, New Farm, Teneriffe, Bowen Hills, Spring Hill and Brisbane CBD. Visitors' parking at rear — access code sent with your booking.

How It Works

Consultation-First, Always

Every treatment journey starts with an individual consultation: we discuss your concerns, assess your skin and health history, and build a personalised plan — with no obligation to proceed. In-clinic consultations are $70. Prescription-only treatments are provided only after assessment by an appropriate practitioner, and results vary between individuals.

Good to know

Where is the clinic in Brisbane?

We are at 80–81/50 Anderson Street, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006, a few minutes from the CBD, Newstead and New Farm. Visitors’ parking is at the rear and the access code is sent with your booking confirmation.

Do I need a consultation before a treatment?

Yes. Every treatment plan starts with an individual consultation and assessment so we can confirm what is suitable for your skin and health history. In-clinic consultations are $70, and there is no obligation to proceed.

Who performs the treatments?

Treatments are performed by our Registered Nurse, registered with AHPRA, working within her scope of practice and in collaboration with qualified prescribers where a treatment requires it.

What does a cosmetic clinic appointment cost?

The consultation is $70. Treatment pricing depends entirely on what is suitable for you, and is confirmed after your assessment rather than quoted from a list. Pricing for treatments involving prescription-only medicines cannot be published online under TGA and AHPRA advertising rules.

Do you see clients from outside Fortitude Valley?

Yes — most of our Brisbane clients travel in from Newstead, New Farm, Teneriffe, Bowen Hills, Spring Hill and the CBD. We also have a Gold Coast clinic in Bundall.

How soon will I see a result?

It depends entirely on the treatment. Some changes are visible within days; collagen-based treatments such as skin needling and HIFU build over two to three months and across a course of sessions. Individual results vary, and your consultation will set out a realistic timeframe.
